Readers are looking for useful and informative content. If you’re writing about your products, give specifics about the benefits and features. If talking about a service, explain why readers should trust you. Be sure to include pictures if you can.

As a vendor, you’re not just restricted to “sales” pitches. We recommend also posting about events you’ve participated in, races you’ve competed in, or other ways in which you interact with the Subaru community.

The Process
This site is built using the latest version of Wordpress. As such, you may already already know how to use it. If not, you’ll learn in no time. Here’s the basic process.

Step 1: Add New Post
Step 2: Title the Post
Step 3: Write the article (use the built-in spellcheck)
Step 4: Upload a picture (click the box next to Upload/Insert). If you have lots of pictures, insert a Gallery.
Step 5: Select Category > Vendor News
Step 6: Add any applicable tags
Step 7: Click “Submit for Review” or “Publish”

If you need to come back later and finish your post. Feel free to use the “Save Draft” option. If you would like to use the built-in image thumbnailer, which posts one image on the page listings as well as in the top-right of the post itself, copy-past the complete image URL (as saved at subiesport.com) into the “Busy Bee Custom Settings” box. This will only work with images saved to the local server. Use Upload/Insert to get them into the server.

That’s it! You’re on your way. Just be sure to keep tabs on comments, in the event a reader has follow-up questions or remarks.
