I just subscribed and tried to download the issue, but when I enter my password it says it’s incorrect, but I am able to log in to the site. What’s the problem?

I logged in with your ID and it works fine. The password is the PDF Password (listed above for members) NOT your personal password.

You need to open it using the password listed above (after you login) not the password your received via email. The latter is for a different file.

As we discussed on the phone, Brandon, but for everyone else: Disable any anti-virus software you may be running when you download PDF files. Such tools can (and often do) damage PDF files. Especially large ones.
